ddudl Platform Privacy Policy (v2.1)

Section 1 (Processing Purpose)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes:

  1. User registration and identity verification
  2. Content provision and personalized services
  3. Customer support and complaint handling
  4. New service development, statistical analysis, and academic research
  5. Event and promotional information delivery
  6. AI training and service improvement (used after anonymization)

Section 2 (Processing Items)

  • Required Items: Username, email hash value, service usage records, access logs, IP information, posted content
  • Optional Items: Profile image, areas of interest

Section 3 (Retention Period)

  • User Information: Until account deletion
  • Log Records & Access Information: 3 months (except when required to retain by law)
  • Content: Until service operation purposes are fulfilled

Section 4 (Third-Party Provision)

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties in principle, except when required by law or requested by investigative authorities.

Section 5 (International Transfer and Delegation)

The Company may delegate personal information processing tasks externally, including international transfers as follows:

  • Delegates: Supabase, Vercel (United States)
  • Transfer Items: User registration and content data
  • Transfer Time and Method: Network transmission during service use
  • Retention Period: Until delegation contract termination

Section 6 (Rights Exercise)

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of personal information processing, and the Company will process such requests within 10 days.

Section 7 (Destruction)

Information is promptly destroyed when retention period expires or processing purposes are achieved. (Electronic files: permanent deletion, documents: shredding/incineration)

Changes to the Privacy Policy will be announced at least 7 days in advance.
